In their first ever competitive match, Real OP is set to debut against opponents Liberty FC this Saturday at BVNW High Stadium. The match will kick off at 5:00PM CST, and is scheduled to be the last game played of a historic first matchday for the Select League. Real OP has been expected to be one of the top title challengers in the 2024 season, especially after key roster acquisitions such as defender and captain Phill Otsyula, goalkeeper Kleber Meneses, and 2023 Select World Cup MVP Ashton Watson. The team carried out those expectations as they fended off rivals Leawood Forest & Olathe United during preseason, and they will look to continue building on that success against Liberty FC.
